Version 2026.005 is now available in optional download!
This update contains many new features, improvements and fixes.
New features
- Email templates: The software now allows you to edit email templates when sending estimates, invoices, account statements, etc. You will find this option in the “Parameters” tab at the top of the screen.
- Optional update: It is now possible to verify if an optional update is available. An optional update is simply an available version that does not trigger any warning or automatic download to avoid receiving notifications during peak periods.
- New NAPA PROLink: A button has been added to refresh the page if you are having trouble. You can also press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
- Additional parameters: An option has been added that force the printing of invoices by default. This restores the behavior of the “Do not print invoice” checkbox to what it was before.
Improvements
- New NAPA PROLink: The software should not enforce the description in capital letters anymore.
- New NAPA PROLink: A warning message now appears when you try to close the window, informing you that you will lose the contents of your transfer cart. You will have the option to cancel closing the window.
- New NAPA PROLink: We have modified the shopping cart import function so that it is less resource-intensive for your computer in the background.
- Customer account merging: We have enabled the customers merge functionality again. Though, for security reasons, this functionality is reserved to our technical support team.
- Printing estimates: An option has been added allowing you to save your estimates in PDF format. This can be useful for users who don’t have “Print to PDF” printers installed on their workstations.
- Installation: The software no longer requires .NET Framework 3.5 for configuring the business name after installation. (Note: .NET Framework 3.5 is still required for certain software features.)
- Panorama window (Tab # 6):A button has been added to check the upcoming appointments of the customer associated with a reminder, allowing you to verify if an appointment has already been assigned to the client for said reminder.
- OCH Planner/GarageOps:We have updated our API calls of OCH Planner / GarageOps in order to maintain compatibility with AB Magique.
- OCH Planner/GarageOps:The synchronization option has been modified to take into account additional variables for updating your customers’ OCH Planner / GarageOps IDs.
Fixes
- SMS templates: We have implemented a fix that adds or reset any text message templates missing from your software.
- SMS templates:We have implemented a fix to the number of characters per text message which was not displaying when the language to be edited was English.
- Text messages: Changes were made to Textbelt, and although the response returned when sending a text message was positive, the message was not reaching its destination. We have made adjustments, and the issue is now resolved.
- Text messages :We have fixed the remaining quota check which always showed the same value until the software was restarted.
- Text messages: A fix has been applied to properly convert carriage returns which caused errors when sending text messages.
- Estimate window: We have fixed the NAPA button that appeared at all times, even if you did not have the integration configured or there were no vehicles on the estimate.
- Customer account merging: Several fixes have been introduced to prevent erroneous mergers (e.g., the counter sale invoice account, quotations, etc.)
- Tires storage: We have fixed an anomaly where a tires storage could become unassociated with a vehicle if you pressed “Cancel” in the tires storage transfer window.
- New NAPA PROLink: A fix has been applied to correct an error that occurred when sending a parts order (Error 500 – PunchOut Exception)
