Responsibility of our technical support
Your subscription to our software entitles you to unlimited technical support during our business hours. However, certain conditions apply.
A technical problem not directly related to your AB Magique software cannot be solved by our services, regardless of its complexity.
For example, a printing problem in our software, if your printer itself does not work in your computer, is in no way the responsibility of our technical support and it is possible that we may not be able to help you in such circumstances.
Similarly, the unavailability of the software following a computer failure, a network problem or other issue cannot be resolved by our technical support and we cannot be held responsible for this type of event.
Therefore, here is a non-exhaustive list of what is or is not covered by our technical support.

| Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of your local network, as well as your internet |
| Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of your printers |
| We will handle your accounting (reconciliations, adjusting and correcting entries, tax remittances, etc.) |
| Backups of your software data |
| Any modification/deletion that could compromise the integrity of your software or that could be considered an attempt at fraud (Deleting an invoice from your databases, changing the billing date, changing the mileage of a vehicle on an invoice, etc.) |
