Version 2026.004 is now available
Version 2026.004 is now available for download! Version 2025.005 being the last official version released before this one, we strongly suggest you to look at the update notes in AB Magique for optional version 2025.006 and subsequent versions in order to see the full list of new features, improvements and fixes.
This update contains fixes and new features, including access to the long-awaited new version of NAPA PROLink!
New features
- NAPA PROLink: The new version of NAPA PROLink is now available in AB Magique!
This update required hundreds of hours of work in close collaboration with the NAPA team.
To properly configure this latest integration, please read the the documentation at the following link.
Note that you can still access the legacy version of PROLink by right-clicking the NAPA integration button. Estimates – Goods and services merge button: A button has been added to the estimates to merge or not the subtotals as well as the tax amounts into a single column rather than separated by good and services.
N.B. : This is purely esthetical for the user. It will have no impact on your invoices, sales statistics and reports.
Improvements
- Nexpart: You can now force the usage of the seller’s description instead of the catalog description when transferring parts.
- Additional parameter: We added an option in the additional parameters allowing you to disabled the automatic insertion of area codes in the phone number fields.
- Data export: You can now export estimates data. Also, we added the unit number in vehicles export, customer creation date in customer export and a column to indicate whether a part or service was refused by the customer in invoices export.
- Data export: Customer’s categories are now available in the customers export file.
- Parts order – NAPA: It is now possible to hide the other availabilities column with a checkbox option.
- Log files: Modifications to the quantity in stock of an item directly in the price list table are now logged.
- Parts order – NAPA: An option has been added to allow if you want to add your garage information in the description section of your NAPA store invoices. (The “Ship to” section)
- Emails: Our Microsoft IDs and secrets were updated to allow the functioning of the OAuth 2.0. authentication.
- Downloading updates: The software now uses a much more robust and faster download utility than before. This should reduce errors when downloading software updates.
Fixes
- GL account in purchase orders: We have fixed an element that automatically deducted tax from the first line of a purchase order when it identified a General Ledger account.
- Purchase order: We have fixed an issue with a element that allowed purchase invoice and part orders for a supplier that was disabled.
- AutoServe 1: We have fixed an issue where an element could cause a bad request error while creating an inspection in AutoServe 1 if the note associated to said inspection was on more than one single line of text.
- Queries: A query has been fixed that could potentially cause an error message while using the software.
